Missed Inspection Policy
OneClickInspect operates on a scheduled calendar. When a slot is reserved, it is held exclusively for your company - which means no-shows directly affect availability for other contractors on the platform.
If your inspector does not connect at the scheduled time, or the inspection is missed without sufficient notice, a missed inspection fee may apply.
This policy exists to protect scheduling reliability for every contractor using the service and to keep the calendar predictable and fair. We recommend assigning a backup contact within your team to confirm the inspector is on-site and ready before each session window opens.
